Danhour Group is a collection companies involved in housing rehabilitation, land development, brokerage services, and building companies through equity/debt investment. Our unique process and approach to problem solving create affordable communities, homes, and invest and grow companies. Our goal is to always be seen as a true value for our community's stakeholders.
Danhour Group and its affiliates acquires positions in real estate and companies throughout the southeast, targeting undeveloped land, improved lots and single family homes, as well as existing businesses with capital constraints or broken processes or systems.

President
Mr. Danhour has a wide range of real estate related companies from real estate development, private equity, asset management, and brokerage firms. His past experience includes the start-up, planning, permitting, and sales of residential, commercial, natural resources and clean energy projects throughout the Southeastern United States and Hawaii, as well as the acquisition and management of loan and real estate portfolios (land, commercial, single family and multifamily properties) for several investment funds throughout the southeastern US.
